Serve over steamed broccoli or asparagus.
Diet Types: Dairy Free, Low Calorie, Low Fat, Vegan, Vegetarian
Ingredients:
  • 1 12 ounce jar roasted red peppers, undrained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Liquid Aminos
  • 5 ounces silken soft tofu
  • Serves: 6
    Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
    Instructions:
    Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
